at ICR® 2024

Information about hospitality suites and meeting rooms

A number of rooms are available during ICR® 2024 to be booked as hospitality suites or meeting rooms. They are located on the upper floor (for a map click here) except the „Tagungstreff“, which is located next to the main entrance.

There are two small extra rooms „O3“ and „O6“ available that are located next to the „Board Room“ (not shown in the map).

Some rooms can be combined (e.g. K4 and K5 can be combined). The combined rooms are free of dividers, so form one larger room.

You find descriptions of the individual rooms and their availability below.

The rooms are open from 9 AM to 5 PM on 17, 18 and 19 September 2024 (longer on 18 September 2024).

You can book a room for 17, 18 or 19 September or any combinations of the three days.

All rooms come with standard equipment as described below. Additional equipment and catering can be ordered individually.

The rooms can only be accessed on 18 and 19 September 2024 with a valid ticket for ICR® 2024 (any type of ticket). The only exception is the room „Tagungstreff“, which is open to visitors without a ticket for ICR® 2024. On 17 September, the rooms can be accessed without tickets.

Standard equipment

Included in the price are lighting, heating/air conditioning and cleaning.

There are several types of seating available (desks and chairs). This is included in the price. Changes in the seating arrangement during use of the rooms can be ordered at additional costs.

IT equipment is not included. Projectors and laptops can be rented individually.
